For training companies

Your whole training business on one platform. Every client as its own portal.

Schedules in spreadsheets, content in slide decks, video somewhere else and reports done by hand? classroom.now gives your company its own branded portal — and each of your corporate clients their own, with its own catalog, domain and AI budget. You run it all from a single command center.

More clients, zero chaos

Every client gets a separate branded portal with its own catalog — and you run them all from one screen, no system switching.

Easier to be found

The classroom.now public catalog is built for search engines: a provider profile, reviews from real graduates and inquiries routed straight to your team.

Proof instead of promises

Publicly verifiable certificates, attendance derived from real activity and an immutable audit trail — your delivery is provable in detail.

Features for training companies

Seven building blocks of your operation

From your own brand through multi-client delivery to numbers that back up every invoice.

Your own portal

Your brand, your domain, your rules

Your company gets its own portal at yourcompany.classroom.now — with your logo, colours and sign-in page. And if you prefer, we connect it to your own domain.

  • A portal on the yourcompany.classroom.now subdomain, ready to use
  • Custom domain support, e.g. learn.yourcompany.com
  • Logo, colours and sign-in page in your visual identity
  • Data separated in your own database schema; shared tables additionally protected by row-level security

Client portals

Every client its own world — you see them all at once

For each corporate client, a wizard creates a separate portal under their brand. Your clients should never feel they got just a slice of the platform — and you run them all from one command center with KPIs, today's activity and attention alerts.

  • Per-client branding: logo, colours and sign-in page
  • A tailored course catalog — each client sees only its own offering
  • Its own domain and its own AI budget for every client
  • Hard data scoping: a client's admin can never see your other clients
  • A cross-client command center: KPIs with 30-day trends, a client overview table and alerts on one screen

Public catalog

Be visible where customers look for courses

classroom.now itself is a public course catalog. Prospects browse your provider profile, your courses and reviews from real graduates without signing in — and inquiries land with your team as a notification and an email.

  • A catalog built for search engines: server-side rendering and structured data
  • A provider profile with a “verified provider” badge
  • Only a verified course graduate can post a review; you get one public response to each
  • Every public listing passes platform moderation
  • In-catalog ordering and payments are coming — today we connect you with prospects directly

Online sales: coming

Content licensing

Deliver courses even where the cloud can't go

A whole course can ship as a self-contained versioned package into an isolated on-premise installation — with a license key the platform enforces for you. Your content can even be delivered by another company, on exactly the terms you set.

  • Versioned packages with a changelog and an SHA-256 checksum
  • Four license models: per-student, annual site, one-time and subscription
  • License keys with student seat limits and validity windows — perpetual licenses included
  • Periodic license check-in from the on-premise installation with a 30-day grace period
  • Cross-company licensing: one company's course can be delivered by another under license

Self-service license purchasing: coming

Scheduling & operations

Sessions without conflicts, rooms without haggling

Coordinators schedule online, on-site and hybrid sessions against approved courses — and the platform itself makes sure neither a lecturer nor a room ends up in two places at once.

  • Lecturer and room double-booking detected at scheduling time
  • Rooms with capacity, equipment and an availability calendar
  • Rooms as Exchange/Teams resources — bookings land in the corporate room calendar too
  • Invitations, confirmations and waitlists with automatic promotion
  • Hands-on labs provision themselves for every participant 24 hours before the session
  • A lecturer roster: assignments, availability and performance in one place

Certificates

Certificates people trust without calling you

After a passed final assessment with all modules complete, the platform issues the certificate itself. Each one carries a public verification link — your clients, auditors and future employers confirm its validity in seconds, with no login and no questions for you.

  • Automatic issuance when conditions are met; manual issuance for special cases
  • Public verification of validity, issuer and dates — by anyone, no login needed
  • The holder's name is anonymized by default; only the holder can reveal it
  • Revoked or expired certificates report exactly that — no fudging
  • The certificate stands even after course access ends

Insight & cost control

Your whole business in numbers — AI spend included

Dashboards built for a training business operator: what's running, what's completing and where it's stalling — across courses, lecturers and clients. And because AI is everywhere in the platform, you get budgets and a usage ledger to go with it.

  • KPIs with 30-day trends: active training sessions, completion, active students and cross-client compliance
  • Feedback aggregated across courses and clients, with AI-extracted themes
  • Background exports to CSV, XLSX and PDF — the download link arrives as a notification
  • AI budgets per company, per client and per training, with alerts at 75% and 90% usage
  • Your own API keys stored in a vault; every AI call metered by model, provider and use case
  • An immutable audit trail of every action and live lab-infrastructure monitoring

A day with classroom.now

What an ordinary day of your training company looks like

8:30 — All clients at a glance

You open the command center: KPIs, today's sessions and alerts across every client on one screen. Labs for the morning course provisioned themselves overnight.

10:00 — A new client by lunch

A wizard creates the client portal, you upload the logo and colours and assign a course catalog. You paste the roster from an email — AI turns it into invitation rows you just review.

13:30 — An inquiry from the catalog

A prospect browsed your course and its graduate reviews in the public catalog and sent an inquiry. It reached your team as a notification and an email — you reply directly.

16:30 — Proof instead of paperwork

The afternoon course wraps up: attendance was recorded from real activity, certificates issued themselves and the client's report goes out as CSV, XLSX or PDF.

FAQ

What training companies ask most often

Will our clients notice they're on a shared platform?

That is exactly what the architecture prevents. Each client has its own portal with its own logo, colours and sign-in page, optionally on its own domain, and sees only its own course catalog. Data is hard-scoped — one client's administrator has no way of finding out who your other clients are.

Can we sell directly through the public catalog?

Today the catalog works as your shop window and inquiry source: customers browse courses without signing in, read verified reviews and reach you through a form delivered straight to your team. In-catalog ordering and payments are coming.

How do reviews work? Can someone abuse them against us?

A review can only be posted by a signed-in student who verifiably completed the course — and only one. Reviews carry a verified-completion mark, you get one public response to each, and disputed reviews can be flagged for platform moderation.

Our client requires on-premise. What then?

The platform ships three ways from a single codebase: SaaS, dedicated cloud and fully on-premise. On top of that, courses themselves can be delivered as self-contained versioned packages with a license key — with student seat limits, validity windows and a periodic license check-in with a 30-day grace period.

How do we keep AI costs under control?

AI gets budgets like any other line item: monthly caps per company, per client and per training, with alerts at 75% and 90% usage. You can bring your own API keys — stored in a vault, never returned by any API — and every call is metered by model, provider and use case.
